I called to get to the bottom of the cause, and four different Chase employees each came up with with a new reason for why the money wouldn't to go through during a total of 2.5 hours of call time.

The last person was supposed to be a Chase Analyst, the person with intimate knowledge of QuickPay who was going to figure it all out for me. SHE was the most idiotic of all! Not only did she interchangeably use the worlds "funds,"and "account," throughout the call, which showed how totally confused about the issue she was, she ultimately - after an hour of working with her - told me that I had to delete my account and start over again.which of course, is not a solution because it didn't solve my problem at all.

I can use my ATM Card (that floats around my purse, car, pocket.), a public ATM machine, and a simple 4 digit code to pull out. again MY AVAIL. $ and hand it to my friend who I just had dinner with. cuz that's how they advertise this bogus thing.
